About the Role

- Casual position for the first 3 months, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time salaried position for the right candidate.
- Award wages paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time salaried position after the initial 3 months, based on performance, reliability, and business needs

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience working in a busy café, restaurant, or bar
- Confident making coffee and operating a commercial espresso machine
- Experience preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills




- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Essential Requirements

- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- Previous barista experience
- Previous bar experience
- Australian work rights
