ASM is recruiting Automotive Recruiters to manage the international recruitment pathway within the Australian automotive sector. You will source and screen technicians across light vehicle, diesel and auto-electrical trades, leveraging workshop experience to assess hands-on skills and fit for clients.
You will coordinate with employers to understand staffing needs, guide candidates through recruitment and visa processes, and maintain explicit communications in a CRM.
