Pty Ltd is seeking a versatile Tournant Head Chef to step between Rockhampton, Mackay, Bundaberg and Clermont, leading kitchens and stabilising operations across Central Queensland. You will cover Head Chef leave, train junior teams and drive cost, systems and standards in multiple venues.

The role offers autonomy, strong support from Area Chef and Operations teams, and a market-competitive salary. Candidates must be willing to travel and adapt to different venues.
