At Solutions IT, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing engine, helping us generate predictable pipeline growth across education, local government, and commercial sectors throughout Western Australia.

This isn't a traditional marketing role focused on likes, impressions, and vanity metrics.

It's a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, influence business growth, and see a direct connection between their work and company success.

The Opportunity

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a predictable and measurable demand generation engine that delivers qualified opportunities to our sales team.

You'll:

Own the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan

Lead and mentor our Content & Lead Generation Specialist

Build and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, SEO, events and webinars

Manage HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing performance

Develop content strategies that position Solutions IT as a trusted market leader

Work closely with sales and leadership to drive pipeline growth

Deliver meaningful reporting and insights that help guide business decisions

Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, sponsorships and events

Most importantly, you'll have the autonomy to make things happen.

About You





You'll likely bring:

5+ years' experience in B2B marketing

Proven success generating qualified pipeline and opportunities

Experience running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and digital campaigns

Commercial thinking and a data-driven mindset

Strong communication and leadership skills

The confidence to own outcomes, not just activities

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience in marketing managed services, technology, cyber security, SaaS, or professional services

Account-based marketing experience

Understanding of AI-driven search and content optimisation
