About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team at Godfrey Hirst Australia as a Marketing Assistant. In this full time role based in South Geelong, VIC, you will play a key part in supporting the implementation of the company's marketing strategy and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various platforms
- Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
- Conducting market research and data analysis to support the team's decision-making
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective communication
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing efforts

What we're looking for

- Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing assistant or coordinator role




- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and experience with CMS and/or marketing automation platforms
- Passion for marketing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
