We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to support operational improvements, streamline business processes and enhance partner and client onboarding within a growing financial services organisation.

The successful candidate will work closely with operations, compliance, technology and executive teams to improve efficiency, strengthen controls and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse existing business structures, workflows and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.

Review partner onboarding, commission processing, client onboarding and partner support processes.

Identify inefficiencies, process gaps and opportunities for automation.

Develop and recommend improved business processes, systems and operating procedures.

Prepare business cases, reports and recommendations for senior management.

Coordinate the implementation of operational improvements, including staff training and process documentation.

Work with IT teams and vendors to improve CRM, partner portals and commission systems.





Develop performance indicators and reporting dashboards to monitor operational effectiveness.

Ensure processes align with ASIC, AFSL and AML/CTF regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in Commerce, Finance, Business Analysis or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in operational process improvement within financial services, fintech or online brokerage.

Robust business analysis, process mapping and documentation skills.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL, Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Understanding of CFD/FX brokerage operations and Australian financial services regulations.

Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with MT4/MT5, CRM systems and commission platforms is highly regarded.

Mandarin and/or Korean language skills would be advantageous.
