HCA Youth & Community is seeking a Casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You’ll help create a safe, stable, and nurturing workplace, focusing on life skills, resilience, and positive connections.
Rosters are planned in advance to provide flexibility, with options for ongoing shifts as well as ad hoc work. You’ll build positive relationships, support daily living tasks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
