UGL is delivering major utility-scale BESS projects across Victoria. We are seeking an HSE Advisor to support frontline teams and build a strong safety culture on site.

You will coach secure behaviours, drive compliance with the HSE Management System, and contribute to the safe delivery of civil, electrical, HV and commissioning activities within a Tier 1 EPC contractor environment. This hands-on role suits those who thrive in busy, site-based settings and prioritise incident prevention and
