Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking a Change Specialist to help deliver meaningful change across the organisation. You will work with project managers, business analysts and technical teams to plan and implement change management activities that ensure recent systems, processes and ways of working are understood and adopted.
You’ll identify change impacts, engage stakeholders, prepare communications and training, and support leaders and teams through transition.
