We’re searching for passionate and curious Graduate Software Engineers to join our growing team in Sydney. This isn't your average graduate role; you'll get hands‑on experience working on real‑world problems from day one. You’ll learn and grow on the job, building new features from scratch, and helping us deliver amazing outcomes for our global clients.

What You’ll Do

- Build new features and products in a configurable way, helping to change banking for good.
- Collaborate with small, cross‑functional teams to own and deliver projects.
- Share your knowledge and stay curious, contributing to our learning culture.
- Take ownership of your projects and apply yourself to a multitude of problems and challenges.

Requirements

- A recent university graduate or on track to graduate at the end of this academic year.
- The ability to demonstrate that you can write quality code.
- Proven experience working in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Someone who is open to and values feedback to improve.




- Eligible to work in the Australia and ready to start a full‑time position in early 2027.

Our Tech

Languages: Java, JS/TS, Swift, Kotlin.

Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, TeamCity, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
