Titan Ind is seeking an experienced and reliable Trades Assistant to join our team in a DIDO position on a 7/7 roster.
We're looking for someone with hands‑on polywelding experience who isn't afraid to get stuck in, takes pride in their work and understands the demands of working in a mining environment.
Experience in dewatering operations will be highly regarded.

About the Role
As a Trades Assistant, you'll support daily site operations, working alongside experienced tradespeople to complete maintenance,
polywelding and general site activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with polywelding, pipe installation and repair activities
- Support maintenance and general site operations
- Assist with dewatering equipment and associated activities where required
- Safely operate vehicles and equipment within your qualifications
- Identify and report equipment defects and safety hazards
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
- Follow all site safety procedures and requirements
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you'll need:
- Polywelding experience – Essential
- Minimum MR Driver's Licence – Essential
- Standard 11 – Essential
- Current Coal Board Medical – Essential
- Dewatering experience – Highly Regarded
- Previous experience working in mining or industrial environments
- Strong safety awareness and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
