BildGroup in Adelaide (Wingfield) is seeking a permanent, full time Leading Hand to lead a civil crew across earthworks, drainage and traffic management. You will report to the Site Supervisor and ensure safety, quality and productivity on site.

This on-site role requires a hands-on leader with experience directing crews, HR licence and plant tickets, a White Card and a can-do attitude to work on the tools alongside your team.
