YOMG is seeking a confident Front of House Supervisor to lead from the floor and maintain exceptional guest experiences across busy shifts. You will coordinate the front of house team, assign stations, manage service flow and coach staff to uphold YOMG standards in hospitality, product, cash handling and cleanliness.
This hands-on leadership role involves directing shifts, training current team members and resolving guest concerns with an emphasis on speed, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
