LSW Surveyors is seeking a Civil Design Engineer to join our team, located in Forster, on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW. This is a full-time position but we are open to part-time for the right candidate.
As a Civil Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and planning of civil engineering projects. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team, clients, and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that meet technical standards and project requirements. You will work independently but also under the supervision of the Director. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise in civil design whilst working on diverse and meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake detailed engineering designs, site inspections and report preparation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surveyors, civil engineers, and environmental consultants
What we're looking for:
- Civil Engineering Degree or TAFE Diploma
- Sound knowledge of land subdivision design
- Proficiency in Civil Site Design, AutoCAD, DRAINS, MAGNET & MUSIC (or willingness to learn)
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering outcomes
