About the role:
Our client believes in personalised support—not just for clients, but for their team too. As a Speech Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to grow in your chosen clinical pathway, guided by experienced clinicians across a variety of areas:
- Early Childhood Pathway: Support young children and families using play-based, strengths-focused approaches, under the guidance of experienced early intervention clinicians.
- Autism Assessment & Support Pathway: Deliver neuro-affirming, evidence-based assessments for Autistic children, learning from clinicians passionate about identity-affirming care and family partnership.
- Paediatric Feeding: Gain mentorship in feeding therapy,
including medically complex cases and responsive mealtime support for families.
- Adult Services Pathway: Receive supervision and training across adult clinical needs-from aged care to community-based communication and swallowing support.

Requirements:
- Degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligible or current SPA registration
- Willingness to grow and contribute to a learning culture
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC
- Valid driver’s licence
