Bayside Health is recruiting for a Transition to Community Psychiatry - Registered Nurse at the St Kilda Rd Clinic in Melbourne. This 12-month program includes orientation, supervision and autonomous practice within a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals.

The role focuses on client-centred, recovery-oriented care for adults with complex needs, including housing, substance use and general health issues, in a public health setting.
