The Reintegration Team Leader at Ravenhall Correctional Centre, part of GEO Group Australia, leads Reintegration Specialists to deliver assessments, pre-release planning and supported reintegration for people in custody.

You will manage caseloads, supervise staff, ensure trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and cooperative partnerships to improve outcomes and reduce reoffending.
