YMCA Victoria Point is seeking an enthusiastic Gymnastics Coordinator to lead and grow our gymnastics program on a full time permanent basis. You will oversee recreational and competitive programs, support a coaching team and drive participation in the local community.
The role combines gymnastics expertise with leadership, program development and community engagement, with responsibilities including staff training, class rotations and delivering high-quality coaching aligned to YMCA standards.
