Our client is a a leading developer and builder of premium, master-planned lifestyle communities delivering high-quality homes at scale across Queensland.

We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager to oversee the development of a large-scale facilities precinct at one of their current developments in Kilcoy.

The Role:

This role will oversee the construction of premium resident facilities, you will play a critical role in delivering commercial builds that set the benchmark for quality, finish and functionality within a resort-style environment. This site has a multi-year construction program, providing long-term continuity.

- Plan and manage day-to-day site operations for end-to-end commercial construction from civils to final fishes.
- Lead plant subcontractors, trades and labourers across all build stages
- Ensuring quality assurance standards and inspection requirements are met




- Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain build momentum
- Coordinate with head office support teams and on-site stakeholders

About You:

- Minimum of a QBCC Low Rise Licence or eligible to obtain
- Solid site leadership experience with a practical, hands-on approach
- Solid knowledge of WHS requirements and safe site practices
