Fantastic Furniture Launceston is seeking an Assistant Manager to support our team and help keep the store running smoothly. Working with the Retail Business Leader, you’ll coach your team and ensure customers receive friendly, practical service on the showroom floor and across stock/warehouse operations.
You’ll lead by example in daily store activities, drive sales, maintain presentation standards, and foster a safe, collaborative setting. Weekend flexibility is required.
