Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Maintenance qualified for a long-established food manufacturing site in Sydney. You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment daily, build the maintenance program, and help shape a growing team from the ground up.
You will own equipment maintenance, work with long-tenured operators, and contribute to preventative maintenance initiatives. The role offers progression toward planning, scheduling and projects within a stable on-site setting.
