Labourforce is seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to oversee and manage full workforce operations at a state-of-the-art Automated Distribution Centre in Redbank, QLD. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and performance management to meet KPIs in a high-volume, fast-paced supply chain workplace.
You will lead day-to-day onsite workforce operations, collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to align workforce solutions with site requirements while
