Silk Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Landside Logistics team in Yennora. You will deliver exceptional service to our growing customer base and liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

This permanent full time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and offers opportunities to improve efficiency, maintain accurate records, and support safety compliance across our site.
