Cottesloe Beach Hotel has an opportunity for an experienced and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to lead the front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for a confident hospitality professional who is proactive and has good communication and collaboration skills to work across all departments.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all front office functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high standards of guest service. You will be a visible leader, setting the tone for professionalism, warmth, and efficiency at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage rooms and reservations operations to deliver exceptional guest service and efficient operational control.
- Oversee front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest enquiries
- Ensure guest feedback, complaints, and issues are handled promptly and professionally
- Maintain front office procedures, systems, and brand standards
- Liaise closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor KPIs including guest satisfaction, upselling, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with WHS, cash handling, and hotel policies.

About You

- Proven experience in a similar hotel operations role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Confident using property management systems and hotel technology
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
