MacKillop Family Services is seeking a Carer Recruitment and Development Worker to attract, assess, train and support foster carers across the Wimmera Southwest region. You will work within a trauma-informed framework, building solid community connections and ensuring carers meet compliance requirements.

The role is based in Warrnambool and/or Geelong, reporting to the Carer Recruitment and Development Co-Ordinator.
