Nextt is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to assist a gentleman in his 60s in Caroline Springs, Australia. You’ll provide person-centred support, daily living routines, and community access to help build independence and confidence in a home setting and local activities.

We welcome calm, patient, and respectful individuals who can follow plans, document progress, and work collaboratively with a supportive team across shifts in a 24/7 SIL setting.
