Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a Chef de Partie to join Delta Rue, running a grill, wok or larder section in a busy luxury hotel kitchen. You’ll work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, cook seasonal produce and broaden skills across sections, maintaining high standards and skilled conduct.

We value HACCP knowledge, early morning availability (including weekends), and a team-first mindset to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a five-star setting.
