I'm seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a State Government agency, to provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse stakeholder group. Working closely with leaders, you will deliver expert advice on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organisational change, and people initiatives. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to influence people outcomes, build leadership capability, and support a high-performing workplace culture.

About You

Previous Victorian State Government or broader public sector experience.

Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role.

Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Experience partnering with leaders to manage complex people matters and organisational change.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations,



and HR best practices.

Responsibilities
