The role sits beside the Financial Controller, guiding a five-person team through month-end, year-end and statutory reporting while driving process improvements.
You will lead change initiatives, strengthen controls, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimise financial systems and insights. CPA/CA qualified candidates with Big 4 exposure are preferred.
