You will apply a strengths-based, culturally informed approach to guide rehabilitation and reduce reoffending, while working closely with Aboriginal organisations and Koori Court.

Your role includes delivering meaningful case management, creating tailored cultural support plans, assessing risk, and advising senior leaders on culturally protected practices
