Quayside Motors | Lismore (with occasional Ballina Coverage)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to join our team, based in Lismore.

About the Role

- Interpret and supply automotive parts to customers and internal departments
- Manage parts enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
- Process orders, invoicing, and parts distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory control and monitor stock levels
- Work closely with the Parts Manager to support daily operations
- Provide coverage support at the Ballina site during periods of leave
- Assist with courtesy bus driving as required, transporting customers safely to and from the dealership

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
