Desian Education are delighted to be recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Aintree.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Key Stage 2 practitioner looking to secure a full-time, long-term teaching position from January 2027. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support pupils' academic and personal development, and contribute positively to a thriving school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for a Year 3 class
- Planning, delivering and assessing lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Monitoring pupil progress and implementing appropriate interventions where required
- Working closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff
- Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Confident delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Has strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
- Demonstrates a positive, nurturing and professional approach
- Is reliable, committed and able to build robust relationships with pupils, staff and parents
