We are looking for a resilient, hard working customer service operator who has strong skills on SAP. Working for a global medical equipment supply company located in Macquarie Park.

This role includes:

- Handlinginbound and outbound phone calls- providing exceptional service to patients, clinics, and hospitals
- Performingaccurate data entryinto SAP
- Liaising with various internal teams - including sales, logistics, and warehousing
- Supporting order management and customer follow-ups
- Tracking orders and managing customer information

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in acustomer support role, where you've chased orders
- Robust communication skills with apatient and empatheticapproach
- Ability to work through a high volume of calls and adapt to change




- A background in themedical or healthcareindustry is highly regarded
- Experience usingSAPis preferred
