We are seeking individuals who are caring, respectful, patient and committed to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Previous experience in disability or support work is preferred, but we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing high-quality, person-centred support
- Assisting with daily living and personal care
- Supporting clients with community access and appointments
- Encouraging independence and participation in social activities
- Following individual support plans
- Building positive and respectful relationships with clients




- Completing required documentation and communicating with the team

Qualities We’re Looking For:

- Caring, compassionate and patient
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Respectful and understanding towards clients
- Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
- Passionate about supporting others and making a positive difference
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Skilled, trustworthy and willing to learn
- Previous support work or disability experience is highly regarded
