Troocoo Pty is partnering with a well-regarded Queensland insurer to appoint an experienced leader into its claims function. You’ll head a team of five to six Claims Leaders, focusing on leadership, capability building, and guiding them through change.
You’ll engage with employers and contribute to strategy across the claims function, using data to drive performance and collaborating with a senior leadership group in a 50/50 hybrid mode from the Brisbane CBD office.
