The Star Sydney is seeking a Demi Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will work under the Sous Chef, contribute to flawless product execution, and help train junior staff in a rapid-paced environment focused on safety and culinary excellence.
You should bring experience in fine or casual dining, familiarity with Japanese cuisine, and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Rotation across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.
