HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) Midlands region is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery, champion change, and develop high-performing teams. You will translate national priorities into local plans, provide transparent direction on performance and attendance, and drive continuous improvement across Northampton and Leicester jurisdictions.

The role is office-based with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
