Unitywater is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to support a fair, consistent and positive employee experience across the business. You will partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to navigate complex matters, including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations.
You’ll help prepare for Enterprise Agreement negotiations and strengthen employee relations practices. The initial 6-month, full time role can be based in Mango Hill or Maroochydore with hybrid working.
