Mai-Wel is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for afternoon and overnight shifts in the Hunter region. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily living tasks, and help participants develop independence within a safe home setting.

You will follow care plans, maintain documentation, and work with leadership to improve care delivery across multiple sites. A current driver’s licence and essential checks are required to ensure eligibility for mobility between homes.
