Glen Eira City Council is seeking experienced capability and change practitioners to translate strategy into practical leadership action across the organisation. You will help strengthen enterprise leadership capability, embed frameworks and support adoption of new ways of working across two two-year, full time fixed-term roles.
You’ll design and deliver leadership forums, workshops and resources that enable leaders to implement strategic priorities, lead change and foster innovation at scale.
