Print Production, Framing & Creative Support (Casual):
We print photos, artwork and graphics onto aluminium, and we’re looking for a casual team member to join our production team. This is a hands‑on role, mostly production, with creative and customer facing tasks a part of the mix.
The Role
Hours: Casual, approximately 2 consecutive days per week, with flexible hours
Location: On site only, at our workshop in South Oakleigh
Work rights: You must have full, unrestricted work rights in Australia
What you’ll be doing
Production (the main focus): Print, frame and dispatch photos, artwork and graphics on aluminium, to a consistently high standard.
Customer service: Respond to customers by email, phone and in person.
Social media and content: Photograph finished client work for our online portfolio and help create and schedule social media posts.
Promotions and collaborations: Contribute promotional ideas, approach businesses and artists about collaborations, and follow them through.
Design support: Help with photo editing, layouts and marketing materials as needed.
Orders and admin:
Help manage orders, scheduling and dispatch so deadlines are met.
Who we’re looking for
A genuine interest in photography, whether as a study area or a personal passion
Strong computer skills, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or similar)
Positive written and verbal communication
Well organised and detail-focused, able to juggle tasks and work independently to deadlines
A positive, can‑do attitude and the initiative to solve problems
Unrestricted work rights in Australia
Preferred
Previous printing and/or framing experience
A formal qualification in graphic design or related field

Training and development
You don’t need to know everything on day one. We’ll train the right person in our printing and framing processes, building on the skills you already bring and helping you upskill as needed.
