CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Dogman / Labourer for ongoing work on civil construction projects in the Rockhampton region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform dogging duties including directing crane operators and safely securing, slinging and guiding loads
- Assist with lifting and moving materials and equipment around site
- Undertake general labouring duties across civil construction projects
- Assist site crews with day-to-day construction activities as required
- Work safely around cranes, excavations, trenches and other active work areas
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all site safety procedures and requirements
- Complete relevant documentation and report any safety or site issues
Our Ideal Candidate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Valid Dogman/DG High Risk Work Licence - MUST HAVE
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Previous experience as a Dogman/Labourer on civil, construction or mining projects
- Experience with crane lifts, slinging and directing loads
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual labour
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Reliable, punctual and able to pass pre-employment requirements
