Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Payroll Officer to drive accurate fortnightly payroll via Dayforce, while supporting strategy, integrity and staff guidance within a rapid-paced, collaborative retail group.
Based in our South Melbourne office with hybrid options, you’ll handle end-to-end payroll for 800–1,000 employees, contribute to process improvements, and provide timely payroll advice to management and team members.
