Get Sashimi Coogee is seeking a dedicated Retail Manager for our Coogee store. This full time role (38 hours/week) focuses on product range, purchasing strategies, pricing, promotions, and keeping stock fresh to maximize sales.

You will supervise staff, monitor budget and store performance, ensure food safety compliance, and deliver excellent customer service through in-store displays and local marketing efforts.
