Barwon Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Physician to provide specialist rehabilitation services and lead outpatient rehabilitation teams in Geelong, Victoria. You will contribute to clinical governance, develop individualised programs and drive integrated, patient-centred care across multidisciplinary teams.
This temporary part time role (14 hours per fortnight) offers collaboration across inpatient, outpatient and home-based settings, with opportunities to lead and shape rehabilitation
