NSW Health in Hornsby is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join the GRACE team in a temporary part time role (16 hours per week) at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital.

You will perform sound clinical assessments, adapt to changing priorities, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver geriatric outreach care in a busy acute setting. Immunisation requirements apply during recruitment.
