Fraser Range Station (WA) Pty Ltd We are seeking a reliable, motivated and experienced Assistant Station Stay Manager to join our team and assist with the day-to-day management of our accommodation and hospitality operations.

About the Role Reporting directly to the Station Stay Manager, you will play an important role in coordinating daily operations, supervising staff and ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable outback experience.

Key responsibilities include: Assisting with the daily management of accommodation and hospitality operations. Supervising and coordinating housekeeping and hospitality staff. Organising staff rosters, allocating duties and monitoring work standards.

Overseeing guest services, enquiries, check-ins and payment processing. Assisting with the supervision and operation of our fully licensed dining venue, The Nullarbar. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.

Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, hygiene and liquor licensing requirements. Resolving operational matters and guest enquiries. Overseeing daily operations in the Station Stay Manager's absence.

About You The successful applicant will ideally have: Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation/camping and licensed venue. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations. Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and take responsibility when required.

Experience with accommodation management, housekeeping supervision or food and beverage operations.

certification. WA Approved Manager. A current open driver's licence Able to pass drug and alcohol test regularly A positive, flexible and hands-on approach to working in a remote environment.

What We Offer Full-time employment, 38 ordinary hours per week, with rostered weekend and evening work. Competitive salary of $80,000–$85,000 per annum plus superannuation , depending on qualifications and experience. On-site accommodation arrangements available. A supportive working setting within an established family-operated business.

This position is based at Fraser Range Station Stay, approximately 100 km east of Norseman in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
