About the role:

- Assist customer via phone, email, webchat and face to face

- Help customers find the right parts for their cars

- Provide recommendations and advice to help customers make informed purchasing decisions





- Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries and product availability

- Complete customer followups and assigned tasks within required timelines

- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

The successful applicant will possess:

- Ability to remain calm and professional

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Australian citizen or full-time visa holder with fluency in English
- A passion for cars

- Previous experience in an Automotive Parts Accessories store a PLUS (Auto Pro, Autobarn, Repco, Bursons, Supercheap Auto, AutoOne etc)
