A busy Tweed Heads cafe is looking for an experienced Barista to join the team. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following
- Proven Barista Skills with fast paced, high volume coffee making
- Able to complete other responsibilities around the cafe
- English Speaking
- Exceptional customer service standards is essential
- Impeccable and professional communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting
- An eye for cleanliness and perfection
- Be available to work a rotating roster, 7 Days, 6AM to 4PM
- Immediate start
- Minimum 2 years Barista experience
- Working Rights within Australia
