About the role
We are seeking a Full Time Battery Technician / Customer Service focused person to work weekdays and weekends. Flexibility with days and hours for the right candidate (estimated between 36 to 40 hours per week). Location is at the Balcatta Store.
As a Sales Assistant you will help our customers to select the right battery for their needs and assist with fitment.
The successful candidate will have:
- An understanding that great customer service is essential to being successful
- The capability to complete daily tasks including battery fitting, off-site duties for battery delivery, stock replenishment, merchandising and product training.
- A basic understanding of computers (able to use web browsers)
- Driver's license (Auto)
- Positive communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
Previous experience working in the auto electrical field will be looked upon favorably but is not essential. Full training will be provided including roadside services.
